Miami is one of the most international cities in the world, a fact which brings with it a need to understand multiple areas of law in order to effectively represent foreign-born or non-citizen clients.     Kubiliun & Associates, P.A. works closely with nationally recognized immigration law specialists to ensure that clients’ criminal matters do not adversely affect their immigration status.  In civil rights matters, the firm has worked to provide our non-citizen clients who have been victims of constitutional wrongs with an array of legal advice from the tax implications of an award to obtaining legal status upon the conclusion of a case. 

Kubiliun & Associates, P.A. has been chosen by the Consulate of Mexico in Miami as a consulting firm for all Mexican nationals in the area facing criminal or civil rights issues.  The firm has represented clients in international extradition matters, international child kidnapping cases, and has assisted victims of financial fraud in monitoring pending United States Securities and Exchange Commission civil and criminal actions.
