Adriana Collado-Hudak
Attorney

Adriana Collado-Hudak graduated with honors from Florida International University (FIU) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.  While at FIU, she was awarded the Editorial America Scholarship and excelled in writing and research. 

Seeking a challenge that would enable her to help others and further the cause of justice, Ms. Collado pursued a law degree at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where she achieved honors in Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy. Additionally, she was selected to be a teaching assistant and was published in the Journal of Technology Law & Policy, where she also served as Assistant Editor in Chief.  Ms. Collado graduated cum laude from UF in 2004.

Ms. Collado then joined the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s office. There, she used her Cuban background and ability to speak Spanish as an asset while trying more than 35 cases (30 to verdict).  Ms. Collado has tried cases of driving while license suspended, DUI, drug sale/possession, battery on law enforcement officers, theft, aggravated assault, burglary, attempted murder, and more.  She joined Kubiliun & Associates in June 2009.

Ms. Collado is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and serves on the board of directors for the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL).  She is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
